+# Git 提交推送
+
+当用户要求提交代码并 push 时，**只输出具体的 shell 命令**，由用户自行执行。
+
+## 规则
+
+1. **禁止调用 `run_command` 执行 git 命令**（git add / commit / push），因为 git 命令容易卡住
+2. 只在回复中给出可直接复制粘贴的 shell 命令块
+3. 提交信息遵循 `git-commit` skill 中的中文提交规范
+4. 提交前先清除可能的锁文件
+
